What is a virtual conference?
A virtual conference is a way of presenting papers via the internet, without the necessity of physical attendance. Conference participants do not need to travel anywhere.
Why virtual conference?
There is no physical movement required, the costs are low, the work gains higher visibility, and it provides an opportunity to connect participants from different parts of the globe.

All participants who want to participate or present their work can participate.

How does a virtual conference work?
The step wise procedure is given below:
Step1:- Submission of the Word file of the abstract by email at conferenceivc@gmail.com
Step2:- After the acceptance of the abstract, submission of registration fees. For registration fee details, please visit the link http://isca.net.co/vconference/registration.php
Step3:- Submission of the online registration form available at http://isca.net.co/vconference/registration.php
Step4:- Submission of PPT and audio clip through the online registration form
After that, the International Science Community Association technical team will combine and synchronize your PPT and audio to make the final presentation, which will be uploaded to the conference website with the title, authors' names, and photographs. Anyone from around the world can play your presentation, and through the chat feature, they can interact with the presenter. This allows you to interact with people from all over the world through this conference.
After the successful submission of the online registration form, your "login" will be activated by the International Science Community Association. With the help of your USER NAME and PASSWORD, you can log into the Virtual Conference Show, where you will see who has viewed your presentation and what their queries are.

What are the outputs for researchers from the IVC-IVC-2024 conference?
Innovative, cost-effective, and smart publishing with valuable feedback from the international Scientific Committee. Full administrative, technical, conference, and post-conference processing ensured by the Organizing Committee, including indexing and abstracting, certificates, invoices, and proceedings with ISSN and ISBN, etc. The souvenir of the Conference will be published by International E-Publication (www.isca.co.in) with an ISBN. After approval by two experts, we will publish full papers in special issue of an international peer reviewed journal"Research Journal of Recent Science.
What do you mean by a live date?
Live date for the virtual conference is 5th- 10th August 2024, 10:00 am TO 6:00 pm IST . This live day is the only time when all booths will have representatives available for real-time in-show chat. Additionally, many presenters will answer attendees' questions during real-time live Q&A sessions whenever they are available online.
How long will the event material be available after the live event?
All conference material and expo booths will remain available for registered attendees at no additional cost for one month following the closing date of the event.
What do I need to do before I attend?
Simply fill out our registration form, and you will immediately receive an email confirmation with detailed instructions for attending. As the live date gets closer, you'll receive a few reminders. Make sure you have the needed browsers and plugins installed on your computer (see below for details). Then, on the day of the conference, all you need to do is enter the same username and password you provided upon initial registration to access the show. It's as easy as that!
